Dear folks,
Since I saw many Guides on forum how to start on server, but most of them are with donations, and as we know there are some who cant afford it, here is a little help from a Nerdy friend;
It Includes one way, which can help you progress at start, either continuing it to play. Also includes buying and selling Gold (From people), but as I've tested you will struggle much less on high levels!
We will also use guides from Friends, maybe you see something I have missed!:

MUST BE!
Elf mage, start, teleport Kamael village, make quest for Shots, jewerly, armor. Level to level 12, take 3 quests, then when you finish them, you should be able to take all of the remaining quests.
Take first newbie buffs, scroll of newbie and run to the Elf village, there are 6 quests waiting there for you:
Quests level 12+:
1. Lv 11: Legacy of the Poet
Elven Village - Starden
13.890 adena x5
2. Lv 12: Curse of the Fortress - no Dark Elves
Elvel Village - Unoren
24.000 adena x5
3. Lv 12: Protect the Water Source - no DE
Elven Village - Asterios
18.250 adena x5
4. Lv 20: Ominous News
Shuttgard - Moira
8923 adena x5
5. Lv 20: Walk of Fate
Orc Village - Livina
22.308 adena x5
6. Lv 21: Blood Fiend - no DE
Elven Village - Creamees
42.130 adena x5
After you finish all 6 of them, you should be around lvl 30, with 1kk++ adena in inventory, and you should be ready for the next 2 or 3 quests, you decide (Some of quests are in the same zones, so please take a look at them)! (Since online is gonna be high, I recommend to skip the 1st class quest, and purches it for 100k Adena in ALT+B ( Services - Class: Elven wizard (it have the highest cast speed, so you dont waste time) ),(Also it have skills, which gives u enough dmg to level up to 40, instead of support).
***ALL YOU NEED IS NG 2 HAND SWORD LEVEL 5, DEVOTION SET LVL 5 AND JEWERLY LEVEL 5 NG ALL TO REACH LEVEL 40 WITHOUT STRUGGLE ON MOBS AND MANA!!! ( DONT FORGET TO PICK UP HERBS ) ***
FROM LEVEL 25:
YOU REPEAT THE QUEST FROM KURUDA FOR MATS: 3x Times and you have Full NG Weapon/Armor/Jewerly level 5.
***NOTE: IF THE ZONE IS FULL MOVE TO THE GLUDIO QUEST, IT DROPS MATS THERE SO YOU WILL PROGRESS BY DROPPING THE MATS***
Also you have to avoid spending adena on pots and shots as much as possible, since you ll have 6k starting Shots. I know its gonna take like 3-4 hours to progress this guide, but at the end, rewards are awesome, since you can either help other people in return for some donate, or even if repeating it helping yourself. The goal is to reach lvl 40 with elven wizard.
Learn spells, every 8th levels so you can skill clear damage on mobs.
Stick to 1/2x hp mobs, or 1x hp mobs.
Gludio Quest for SP 600kSP:
By reaching lvl 40 in this zone you and doing SP quest at level 40 you will have enough SP to learn Main Basic Spell!
1. Lv 25 Lizardmen's Conspiracy
Gludio - Praga
128.000 SP x5 Reward.
Get level 40: Finish Kusto quest, after this, you should have 8kk adena (maybe even more, depends on player) and mats in your inventory, either processing further, but with struggle or by my tests do the following:
Make NEW desired char (MAGE OR FIGHTER /// DOESNT MATTER THE CLASS):
You should be able to buy 1+ Golds (Depends of the stage on the server, but as we all know adena is very valuable at start, and you will be able to buy much more than 1 Gold in first 3 days of the server for that amount of adena),( By my countings first 3 days 1 Gold will cost from 1-5kk adena). Main goal is premium for 1 day, or MORE!
On Making the 2nd char, with transfering adena, I suggest to make a crafter and exp it to level 40, for all of the quests, and chanse to crystalize for C and D crystals! ( If you do Kusto's quest aswell, thats another 4.5kk adena!) (PATH FOR TATTOO FOR DONATE!)
If you decide to make magic or support main class, and you choose elf, when you get to level 40, and repeat all the processes, you should have another 8kk adena which will allow you to go further and Buy a regular C grade weapon ( Homa + Acumen + Dyes for Int+4 men-5, Wit+4 Men-5, 1st and 2nd class)
(Also would skip the quest for 2nd proffession, and buy it for 1kk adena or do it by quests, Rewards are juicy, but if you skip this part you save a lot of time, by other things)( Also saving time with skipping pailaka quest)
Homunuculus + Acumen is easly made:
Giran Weapon Shop Homunuculus,
Giran Luxury Shop SA RED LEVEL 7
Giran Blacksmith Shop Gemstones C grade (306)
And
Giran Blacksmith Shop Inserting SA!
So now, instead of being 40 level with NG level 5,and dyes, you can be with much higher stats and the hidden thing about this, IN THE DONATE SECTION YOU LL BE ABLE TO BUY C ENCHANTS VERY CHEAP (C weap enchant4x - 1 Gold, Blessed C Enchant 3x- 1 Gold)
I recommend to farm another 3 golds, enchant weapon is very easy, making Homa +5 - +8 ( From testing on enchanting to +5 for 2 gold very easy on 10 weapons, takes a little bit more luck for +8)
After all these steps, from level 40, you will be easy equipped with Homa +5 Acumen, D grade Armor Set level 5, Jewerly NG grade level 5 moving to the first spell for the mage (Since basic spells are learnable for 5kk adena + 5kk SP):
You will already be ready with this reapeating, but its a lot of boost, Exping is a HISTORY!!!
If you decide to go as fighter, the first step of making Elf Wizard and keeping the money with buying gold for them you allow ur self to buy C grade armor(Later upgrade it), TOP C weapon + SA +5 - +8,
NG Jewels level 5.
