Cant connect

Hi, i am from Argentina and i cant connect to the server, i cant log in, the game stop at "You are currently loggin in.
Please wait a moment."

I download the system and reinstalled the game a few times now, and nothing.
Hope someone can help me, i want to join the server. THX
